Applicants must hold a Wyoming Peace Officers Certification, and be able to fill in when called upon. This position is without benefits, and will have a set hourly wage. The Greybull Police Department will furnish all equipment and vehicles. Interested persons should download and fill out an application. Minimum requirements for the position of Police Officer:

Must be twenty one (21) years of age

Must have no felony convictions

Must be of good moral character

Must be a United States Citizen

Must have a high school diploma or Equivalent
For applicants who are not certified as a Police Officer, testing will be required consisting of Written exam, physical agilities, oral board, and psychological exam.
It is required that each applicant complete training at the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy within one year of employment.
